I moved into the new dorms this Friday, currently don't have broadband but the bathroom is teh awesome. Plus, I have two enormous windows. ;D Going to have to post pictures later. The downside is that I'm kind of, well, mentally tired from moving. It was tiring physically as well, but right now I'm mostly just confused because everything is different. Besides, I liked living with Johanna; it's not as fun to live alone. (Even though she's just down the hall.) So I don't know what to think right now. No energy.
Dinner, Melodifestivalen and general partying at Alida's yesterday. I had looked forward to it, but in the end I wasn't much in the mood, went home pretty early. The dinner was nice though, and I did have one tequila shot.
Looking forward to a week off, soon.

Idag tänkte jag vara produktiv och analysera/kommentera veckans texter sådär en vecka i förväg för att ha dem ur vägen sen under packningen och flytten. Efter tre texter mottog jag och Johanna dock ett sms från Annelie med förfrågan om fortsättning på vårat Supernatural-maraton. Så det är väl ungefär det som dagen egentligen har ägnats åt. Jag vet inte riktigt vart vi är i serien, men det är sådär lagom gay och mysigt.
Dessutom har jag under helgen upptäckt en underbar dryck som heter "Fanta World: Chácara". Jag brukar vanligtvis inte vara sådär överdrivet fascinerad av läsk, men den här ger mig välbehagsrysningar. Utöver denna upptäckt har jag och Johanna skaffat flytt(banan)-kartonger från Ica, jag har gått på en mysig, tyst skogspromenad i dimman, förbrukat några avsnitt av One Piece med Johanna och, mja, inte så mycket mer.
Men det var en trevlig helg.

Just found out that we're to move next Friday. First off, I'm pissed because they haven't given us any information until today, when we received a letter which said "You're to move now! Time to pack and clean out your rooms!" Secondarily, there are not going to be any sockets for TVs, which won't bother me much because I don't own a TV but still, how can they build new apartments and NOT include TV sockets? *had planned to make use of Johannas TV* Thirdly, no broadband for a few weeks. I'm paying extra every month to get access to the broadband and I don't want to pay unless I get it. :/
…well, yes, bad mood.
Besides, we watched the movie "Låt den rätta komma in/Let The Right One In" tonight and I'm extremely disappointed. I think, had I not read the book, I would have thought it decent. (But not more.) Now, merely disappointed. It was so lame compared to the book. And Håkan! So much depth in the book (seriously, he's one of the best characters I've seen in a while, I can't let go of him) and almost no screen time at all in the movie.

I wonder when we get to move into our new dorms. Not that I really want to, but the lack of information is annoying and they've moved out the furniture from the empty apartments in my building so I'm getting a bit, stressed, I guess. Since they said February, it would be nice to know whether I'm moving next week, or three weeks from now. >_<
The good news are that I'm 20 as of last week, and that we've spent the last few days discussing gothic literature, which is the most interesting topic we've had, pretty much ever.
There's a session of Qui Gong at the gym for free tonight. I'm thinking about trying it out. Just because it's free, and I have nothing better to do.
+ I haven't mentioned my current obsession here, have I? Perler beads. Wellll. Doing a One Piece series right now. ♥ One Piece. (Trying to find a decent pixel sprite of Usopp so that I can "do" him. 'Cause I really, really want to.)

Today we had a seminar about "Let the Right One In/Låt den rätta komma in". I finished the book yesterday and ended up really liking it. There is so much in it, so many characters, so many details and well-described warped atmosphere. Was also surprised to hear that Tommy apparently isn't in the film at all? (Poor, poor Tommy.) I don't want to see the film though, not with the disgusting things described in the book.
And really, what is this crap I hear about an American remake? What's the use of making a remake of a, from what I hear, very good film that was released only last year? Bah.
For something completely different; I'm turning 20 tomorrow. Somehow I'm relieved. :)
Now...I wonder if Johanna wants to see another episode of One Piece...?

Strage about animals and their genders in animated movies. Maybe not the most important issue in the world, but still something I've been thinking about more and more often. I might add to it that the most repulsive fictional works nowadays, from a feminist point of view, are the ones made for children.
Concerning something else, I honestly thought I wouldn't have to feel stressed this year, and yet I do. There is about 3 ½ months left before this year on Gotland is over. In that time we have a wee bit too many things to do. Or so it feels right now. Three readings to crowds of strangers. Read and discuss 10 books. Move into the new dorms. Plan and print our anthology. The trip to Estonia. Högeskoleprovet. Finding a decent job for this summer. Apply to various universities. Find somewhere to live next year. And on top of it, actually have time to drink tea, watch movies, hang out, play video games, go to the gym (not joking), lazing in Johanna's bed...that sort of things. :P
Also, I'm turning 20 next week. How did that happen? ._.
And I should stop to thank ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) duokai for the Christmas card! I didn't get it until I got back to Gotland again, but it was a nice surprise anyway. ♥
(Realized that I'll have to move thrice this year. To the new dorms, next month, which is only about 200 metres away but still means packing, moving my stuff somehow and unpacking again. Then back to Rättvik in the middle of May, and then…somewhere else in August. Don't know where yet. Maybe Stockholm?)

I'm wondering, for no reason at all really, does anyone know if there is an english translation of the word "fyllemat"? That is, a word for the um, food you eat after you've been out an evening, had some drinks and so on. Hamburgers and hotdogs, usually.

Att vara hemma i Rättvik är att vara något mera sunkig än vad jag är i Fårösund; det är bara fråga om en nyansskillnad. Men jeans är så tajta och mjukisbyxor så mjuka... Jag kanske kan väga upp det genom att börja ha oerhört, fantastiskt snygga toppar och tröjor?
För övrigt är det inhumant kallt ute (-20 grader) - vilket faktiskt hade varit okay om pappa hade varit lite vettig i fråga om värmen i huset. Dubbla byxor, dubbla tröjor och varma vetekuddar är obligatoriska när man stiger in i det här huset.
Har precis ätit lasagne, var så gott att jag nästan blev gråtfärdig – var så hungrig. Det enda jag ätit idag förutom lasagnen var en bombmurkla (Rättviksbakelse) från när jag var nere och fikade med Pui Jin och Mimmi. Mina matvanor såhär efter jul är inte de bästa.
Jag åker till Bollnäs på fredag för att hälsa på Helena, kommer att träffa Annelie och Therese där också, sen åker vi ned mot Gotland tillsammans. Ser fram emot det, det enda jag gör just nu är ju ändå bara att dega och slöa. Var kul så länge bror min var hemma så vi kunde dega tillsammans, men nu är jag ju ensam. Så, ser fram emot både Bollnäs och Gotland och Doctor Who-nördande med Johanna. (The eleventh doctor announced! :O)

Happy New Year, people!
Hope it has been a good year for you 'cause it has been for me, it really has. Plus I'm looking forward to a lot of things 2009. I'm going to celebrate at home with my family, eating good and playing board games. Otherwise, not much new from me - there is quite a lot of snow and pretty cold. I mostly got kitchen supplies at Christmas, plus some money. Some of the money was spent on winter shoes a few days ago. (Mellandagsrea is the shit.)
And I'm getting tired of the family computer; so slow, too slow.
